George Weir Barn is located on the North Shore of Long Island on the grounds of Henry Lloyd Manor House in Caumsett State Park. This historical location has been open since 1764 and is perfect for any rustic themed wedding!

Our favorite part of this location? How versatile it is! You can have your ceremony outside among the trees followed by a reception in the barn. At night, you can set up couches outside for people to look up at the stars! The possibilities are unlimited.

George Weir Barn is just one of the beautiful sights that Henry Lloyd Manor House has to offer. They also have a beautiful garden perfect for photos with family and close friends. You are going to have these pictures forever, so you want to make sure they are breathtaking. The backdrop is certainly not something to overlook. But, that’s why you have us! To make sure these photos are impeccable with the best possible lighting and background.

George Weir Barn
WEDDING PHOTOS

In our many years, we have found that a crowd favorite is lawn games. Brides and grooms choose to put them out during the cocktail hour to add in a some fun. Since this venue is largely outdoors, it’s an option you may want to think about! Guests get really into it. They make the cocktail hour a bit more unique than most and hype everyone up right before the reception!

We highly recommend doing the reception in the barn. Utilizing string lights creates an unmatched ambiance that will have your guests bragging for weeks. Let’s not forget how amazing the photos turn out! Sometimes we like to sneak in before the reception and get a few pictures of the bride and groom with that stunning backdrop. We love how this couple decorated George Weir Barn for their big day. Scroll through the photos above to see for yourself!
