We love a big wedding as much as the next person (clearly), but sometimes a very small, intimate wedding, or elopement, is the way to go! That proved true for couple Marvin and Jatara as they got hitched at the Old Westbury Gardens.
The two went for something simple yet beautiful so the gardens were a perfect choice! They had New Star Baptist Church officiate as they became man and wife in front of only their closest friends and family.
Yet, even an elopement calls for some dressing up! Jatara donned a high-low white gown with a halter neckline from David’s Bridal. She completed her look with a silver hairpiece, veil, blue shoes, and blue nail polish.
Marvin looked very handsome in his navy blue suit from Men’s Wearhouse. He added a blue and white boutonniere, matching the flowers on the seats at the ceremony from Andrew Pascoe Flowers.
The couple had the chance to walk around the Old Westbury Gardens for a little, granting us the opportunity to snap some unforgettable pictures. Check them out!
Congrats to the wonderful couple! We wish you a lifetime of happiness!
