Carlyle on the Green: Elizabeth and Justin

“… Just take it all in and live in the moment.”

This was some of the advice that Elizabeth said she would give to future brides. She’s right, “You spend so much time planning and organizing everything that it could be easy to just get swept up in the day.” Brides often spend so much energy and focus on trying to make their wedding day perfect that they forget to just be in the moment.

This mentality has been present through most of the planning process and was one of the items that both Elizabeth and Justin made sure to remember during the special day when it came. These two took the time to stop, look around, watch the guests, glance at their new life partner, and smile at the bliss of it all.

Elizabeth and Justin have always been a thoughtful couple. They met together at their jobs and all of their moments together finally led up to the day when Justin asked to spend forever together. It was simple, planned, and thoughtful, and for Elizabeth, it was perfect.

Their wedding day was held at the Carlyle on the Green and the day was perfect. They shared with us that their favorite parts were the walk down the isle, the speeches from their families, and the first look. These are moments that we were able to capture and preserve for Justin and Elizabeth that they can relive for the rest of their lives. We were honored to be their chosen Long Island wedding photographers and we wish them all the best in their lives together.
