Blending the holidays with a wedding is the perfect way to get family and friends together. And there is nothing more important than spending momentous occasions with loved ones. To really tie in that Christmas time atmosphere, Kimberly and Brian had their wedding at a cottage, The Milleridge Cottage to be more exact.
It only made sense to add a splash of red in with this Christmas themed day. Starting that morning, Kim’s bridesmaids put on red robes while they had their hair and makeup done. Of course, the bride wore a white one to set the tone for what was to come.
The bride soon put on her long-sleeve lace gown, something she had been looking forward to since the day she first saw it. Meanwhile, the bridesmaids stepped into their red dresses as the groom and groomsmen suited up in their black tuxes.
The ceremony took place at The Milleridge Cottage. Kim’s parents walked her down the aisle to meet her groom. The two exchanged heartfelt vows and kissed “I do” as all their guests cheered. They then walked back down the aisle as husband and wife, ready to celebrate.
The reception was a hit! Every guest was moving it on the dance floor thanks to their DJ, After Hours. Kim and Brian entered the room as a married couple for the first time followed by their first dance. Later on, they danced with their parents and cut into their red and white cake, again keeping with their Christmas theme.
At the end of the evening, Kim and Brian handed out hot cocoa mixes in mason jars so all of their guests could stay warm this Christmas! Before the night was completely over, we took a few final photos of the newlyweds. Check them out below!
Congratulations, Kim and Brian on your wedding at The Milleridge Cottage. And Merry Christmas!
