Marcella and Nick braved the chilly beach weather at Robert Moses State Park to create some lifelong memories and photos! Not only did we get to take some incredible pictures, but we had the chance to learn about Marcella and Nick’s love story.
The couple met a while back on an online dating app. They hit it off immediately and from then on, were attached at the hip.
As for the big question, Nick set up over one hundred candles and over one thousand lights in a gazebo. It was there that he got down on one knee and asked Marcella to spend the rest of their lives together. He was able to videotape the entire thing, ensuring they recall every moment forever.
Similar to how Nick recorded the entire proposal, we always recommend getting a videographer for your wedding. It’s the best way to make sure you don’t miss a second. It also gives you the chance to relive your wedding over and over again.
Both Nick and Marcella live on Long Island so when choosing a spot for their engagement session, Robert Moses State Park was a no brainer. They loved the look and the Fire Island lighthouse in the background added a beautiful factor.
Aside from the location, the couple knew they wanted to have a picnic on the beach. They brought along a blanket and basket with some cocktails. Additionally, they had a sign with their wedding date to add their own special touch. Beyond that, they left the rest up to us.
“We had seen some of the other shoots EXO had done so we knew we were in great hands.”
Robert Moses State Park was the perfect location for Marcella and Nick! It encompassed everything they wanted for their shoot. An engagement session is a great way for everyone to get to know each other and we absolutely loved learning more about these two! We cannot wait for the wedding. Congratulations on your engagement!
