Many people say that college is the best four years of your life, but for Alyssa and Charles, this was just the beginning. This pair met during their freshman year in their dorm. They were in a bunch of the same classes and often studied together. They considered each other best friends, never suspecting they’d be getting married at Harbor Club at Prime.
That is, until junior year, when Charles asked Alyssa on a date. Since then, the two have been attached at the hip.
After dating for quite some time, Charles was ready to pop the question. So, he took Alyssa out for brunch with their friends. Once they finished their meal, they went for a walk down to the Philadelphia Museum of Art and climbed the stairs to the very top. With a stunning view of the city, Charles got down on one knee and asked Alyssa to spend the rest of her life with him.
This bride and groom could not wait for their ceremony. Having worked very closely with their officiant, they created the most perfect ceremony for the two of them. Alyssa was dying to see her groom at the end of that aisle. As she made her way down, she looked into his eyes and felt a feeling unlike any other. “That is a moment I will never forget.”
Following the ceremony, everyone headed to the ballroom at Harbor Club at Prime for some celebrations! Alyssa and Charles’ guests filled that room with so much love and support. If they weren’t on the dance floor, they were mingling between the two families. We cherish watching both the bride and the groom’s families and friends blend into one.
At the end of the reception, the newlyweds took a second to look around the room. Seeing friends and family from near and far, surrounding them with love, was an indescribable moment we are so glad we were there for.
As guests left, they were met with candies and champagne bottles, ensuring a “sweet ending to a new beginning.”
Congratulations, Alyssa and Charles! We wish you nothing but the best in your lives together!
