About six months ago, we were taking Christine and Corey’s engagement shoot, dreaming about what their wedding day would be like. And just like that, six months flew by! Here we are, at Harbor Club at Prime, lucky enough to be capturing all of their special moments. 

These special moments start at the very beginning of the day. As the bride and groom go their separate ways and prepare for what’s in store, each one of our photographers goes with them. It’s incredible the emotions you can see in the photos. From the jitters to the butterflies to the immense amounts of love, it’s tangible.

As Christine and Corey each got ready, they had their best friends by their sides. Christine received help from her sister and mother with both her dress and her stunning silver bracelet. As for Corey, he got some help with his bowtie, then put on his jacket. He was ready for what was ahead. 

Christine walked down the aisle and stared straight at her groom. He stared right back, in awe of how beautiful she looked. They grabbed one another’s hands and recited their vows in front of all their loved ones. While pictures of the bride and groom are, of course, the priority, we love getting photos of their parents and guests during the ceremony. You can see the joy on their faces and the happy tears running down their cheeks.

Once Christine and Corey were pronounced husband and wife, they sealed the deal with a kiss and headed to the cocktail hour. 

We find the cocktail hour is the best time to pull the bride and groom aside for some photos. Their guests are busy getting to know one another, so it’s the perfect opportunity to take those once-in-a-lifetime pictures. Considering how many weddings we have done at Harbor Club at Prime, we know some pretty great backdrops. So, we led the newlyweds around the venue and had them pose for some photos. We listen to what the couple wants when it comes to poses, it tends to be a mix of posed and natural shots. See for yourself!

Once we were done with the photos and the cocktail hour was wrapping up, everyone made their way into the ballroom at Harbor Club at Prime. They all surrounded the dance floor as Christine and Corey made their grand entrance as a married couple. 

From there, guests danced all night long, alongside the band, with one another, and with the bride and groom. In fact, Christine and Corey even got on the drums for some fun! Later on, speeches were made and the cake was cut. 

In the blink of an eye, their fairytale wedding day had come to a close. But not without a few final photos! We headed outside to the love sign and grabbed the last shots of the evening.
