We now pronounce you Mr. and Mrs. Lieberman! Sara and Dan got hitched at the Heritage Club at Bethpage in a jaw-dropping event.
Sara and her bridesmaids prepared for the big day in a bridal suite. They all had their hair done by Candice Lauren and their makeup done by Erika Jansen. Each looking their absolute best in their customized t-shirts, they all posed on the bed and had a drink before getting into their gowns. All 5 bridesmaids put on a different style deep blue gown while Sara put on her white dress. It was mermaid-style with a sweetheart neckline, lace overlay and a button-up back. She topped it all off with a long veil. Dan and his groomsmen rolled up in sleek black tuxes with black bowties.
While doing the first look with your soon-to-be-husband is always amazing, we love seeing the bride’s father’s reactions. Sara took part in both and neither moment disappointed. Dan was stunned by his bride’s beauty while Sara’s father shed a tear seeing his baby girl all grown up.
During their Jewish ceremony, Dan and Sara both signed the ketubah with their parents watching. They said prayers under the floral chuppah, stepped on the glass, and kissed for the first time as man and wife in front of their now-combined families.
Carrying over the religious celebrations, during the reception both Dan and Sara’s fathers said the hamotzi. Following this, all the guests danced the horah.
Religious celebrations were clearly important here, but so was the floral aspect of the wedding. For starters, the aforementioned floral chuppah was breathtaking. It created an arch around the bride and groom with branches filled with pink and white flowers. Yet, we can’t forget the bridal bouquets. The bridesmaids held bouquets comprised of different colored pink flowers and Sara held one with white and light pink flowers. The table with place cards had branches and flowers to match the chuppah with petals and candles surrounding it. And we can’t forget about the cake! Baked to perfection by Dortoni Bakery, the cake was simple with white frosting and a few pink flowers.
Guests of all ages spent the night dancing, especially both the bride and groom’s parents. You can see they both have such great role models! Everyone took a break from dancing to watch the newlyweds cut the cake and feed it to one another. Soon the evening came to a close as guests started to leave. This gave us the opportunity to grab some final pictures!
