Getting back to normal means getting back to taking beautiful engagement photos! Your engagement is the official start of spending your lives together so of course, you should commemorate it with photos! Not only are these photos going to last a lifetime, but an engagement shoot is a perfect way to get to know your photographer before your big day! It allows some time to get comfortable in front of the camera. Brittany and Mike certainly knew how important these photos are as they posed around Planting Fields Arboretum. 

The soon-to-be bride and groom looked incredible during their engagement session. Brittany wore a white mid-length lace dress, giving us those bridal vibes! She finished off her look with nude heels and that stunning engagement ring. Mike donned a light purple button-up with blue jeans and brown shoes.

The couple matched perfectly, which we always recommend. It is so important for your outfits not to clash as this can hinder the look of the photos. Instead, plan your outfits ahead of time and make sure they go well together. Brittany and Mike’s outfits even matched the scenery at Planting Fields Arboretum! Take a look for yourself! 

We always love an engagement session at Planting Fields Arboretum because we have been there so many times. This means we know all the best spots and backdrops! So, for Brittany and Mike’s shoot, we knew the pink flowers would accent their outfits seamlessly. Similarly, we knew the greenery archway was the perfect place for Mike to hold Brittany. Not only did it make for a beautiful photo, but again, the colors worked flawlessly.
