If you didn’t already believe in fate, Lauren and John’s story will certainly help! Both Lauren and John went to Quinnipiac University. They happened to be in the same class were randomly put into the same group for a project. The couple hit it off from the start and the rest is history. That, of course, is how we ended up at Harbor Club at Prime for their engagement session! 

It happened to be a beautiful day at Harbor Club at Prime! The perfect weather for an engagement session! The couple looked their best and dressed the part. Lauren wore a white, mid-length, off-the-shoulder dress with a sweetheart neckline. She paired it with silver shoes and her hair down. The white dress definitely gave us bridal vibes!

John, on the other hand, wore navy blue jeans with a light blue button-up and plaid blue blazer. He completed the look with a pocket square, brown shoes, and a belt. 

As we have mentioned in some of our other blogs, we always recommend the couple match. It compliments your unity as a couple and makes the photos look that much better. 

If you are looking to add your own flair to your engagement session, we recommend bringing props or something special that represents you. For example, if you both love a specific football team, bring along some jerseys for a few pictures. Alternatively, if you are not a sports fan but you always travel to a specific place that means a lot to you as a couple, bring a shirt from that place or the hotel you always stay in. It is those little details that help bring to life your engagement shoot!
