Larkfield Manor Wedding: Nicole and Chris

In 2010, what seemed like a normal date with mom for lunch turned into something much more.

After meeting earlier in 2010, Nicole and Chris had been dating for not even a whole year. That Christmas, when Nicole came home from college for the holidays, she went to eat lunch with her mom at her mom’s office. Her mom was “in a meeting” and then out of the blue, Chris showed up!

Only the fun didn’t stop there. Chris took her to a restaurant and then to the beach where he showed her a video of the past year they had shared and got down on one knee. The rest is love and history.

Their wedding was held at the Larkfield Manor and the thing they were looking forward to the most was seeing all of their friends and family together in celebration. “We truly wanted one big party with non-stop dancing filled with happiness and love!” They got more than they bargained for, too! Tons of fun and laughter and Chris and Nicole wanted to really make sure they personalized the ceremony and celebration as much as possible so they would have vivid memories.

Nicole’s grandmother is a ballroom dancer and helped the couple choreograph their first dance together which was lovely to watch. They also had small party gifts to give the guests that were Chinese slippers as part of Nicole’s heritage. They personalized their favorite drinks for all of the guests to try if they wanted and so much more.

The whole day was simple, meaningful, and elegant and that’s just what Nicole was going for. Her dress was a classic lace gown that was absolutely stunning. They kept it simple and focused on the celebration without stressing about fashion and she looked beautiful, just ask Chris!
