Kimberly and Edward had a vision for their wedding at The Muttontown Country Club, and they implemented it beautifully. Filled with whites and metallics, their day could not have gotten any classier.
This sweet couple met a few years back while Kim was interning at Capital One Bank. In September 2018, Edward was ready to take the plunge. So, on a boat in Santorini, Greece, he got down on one knee and asked the question that would forever change their lives.
On their wedding day, Kim wore a classic and simple, white, silk-satin gown designed by Monique Lhuillier. Her bridesmaids wore metallic, champagne-colored gowns, which made the bride stand out in a tasteful way.
As for Edward, he wore a custom Enzo black tuxedo. However, he added in his own sentimental touch. He had a custom liner of photographs from their engagement inserted into the tux.
These lovebirds could not wait to see each other for the first time walking down the aisle. When they finally saw one another it was as if they were the only ones in the room.
They said their personal vows in front of their loved ones and kissed as they were pronounced husband and wife.
We love capturing the raw emotions during the ceremony. It is one of the most heartfelt moments of the entire day and everyone in the room can feel it. It’s photos like these that prove to the bride and groom how much they are loved by everyone who attended their big day, even if they didn’t see it at the time.
For their reception at The Muttontown Country Club, Edward changed into a white dinner jacket. He and Kim matched their stunningly decorated ballroom.
Our favorite part was the flower ceiling. The couple had florals hanging from the ceiling, creating an unmatched ambiance in the room. They added in white floral centerpieces on each table, flower boxes in front of the stage, and a green backdrop with their monogram behind the band. They also had a live event painter at their reception.
The party didn’t end when the reception did, though. The newlyweds had the afterparty of the century. Kim switched into a silver Galvan dress and they had dueling pianos playing. It was a blast!
Congratulations, Kim and Edward! We are so happy we had the chance to be a part of your wedding day at The Muttontown Country Club!
