Hearing about Molly and Anthony may be the inspiration you need to keep your New Year’s resolution to start going to the gym. This adorable pair met while working at a gym in their hometown. Once Anthony visited her while on vacation in Ocean Beach, Florida, the rest was history. Today, we are happy to be celebrating this beautiful couple’s engagement at McAllister County Park.

Anthony popped the question while on the way to dinner in Huntington. He executed a classic “I’m bending down to tie my shoe” and pulled the ring out of his sock! Of course, Molly happily said YES!

In their laidback nature, Molly and Anthony picked McAllister County Park as their engagement session because they wanted somewhere private and secluded. Also, this duo absolutely loves the beach, so having the water as a backdrop was perfect for them. To make the photos even more personal to them, Molly and Anthony brought their adorable pup, Homer.

Molly and Anthony rocked two different outfits. They had casual, comfy outfits where they are both in jeans and white sweaters. They also sported fancier outfits; Molly wore a green dress and Anthony opted for khakis and a white top.

One of our favorite parts about engagement shoots (besides celebrating the happy couple, of course) is the chance to really get to know the couple, and for the couple to get to know us and get comfortable in front of the camera. Molly and Anthony found getting to know the photographer was super helpful and fun. “We hit it off right away. It made me even more excited for the wedding. Danny took his time with us to get the perfect shots. I’m looking forward to seeing him again!”
